Only regret is that I waited so long to call……From the moment we met Shannon, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in answering EVERY question and concern but also was responsive and timely in scheduling as promised.The team members, especially Jaime, did an excellent job installing and paying close attention to the detail involved with a step perimeter. Existing green paint removed and even the old cracks and chips totally disappeared when they were done. Agree with having sand in the clear coat for slip resistance as suggested.Throughout the process, Shannon was available and responsive in any phone calls.Don’t think twice about it and wait so long like me! Enjoy it NOW!***Warning- be prepared to purge “unnecessary”items in your garage and want to spend some money on new cabinet storage systems to complement the beautiful floor!The product, the installation, the customer service, the follow-up…highly recommend TruTech!
