Offering a low-turnover management team and partnering with quality contractors, TruTech has enjoyed strong growth that has mirrored the exploding floor coating segment of home improvement. Starting out with SEARS, founders Marc & Sheryl Mercier were interested in complimenting their Michigan Rhino Shield brand and were looking for floor coatings that met their high standards in terms of both quality and value.
